After attempting to replace a real iPhone 13 Pro Max with a phony iPhone pro max in Abuja's Emab Plaza, a Nigerian man who has yet to be recognized was detained.
According to accounts, the unidentified man went into the store and demanded that his dummy iPhone be exchanged for a fresh iPhone 13 Pro Max. The incident occurred on May 30, 2022, according to reports.
He devised an excuse to make a withdrawal for the iPhone after obtaining it, but the merchant discovered that his original iPhone had been replaced with a phony version.
The suspect was later busted by the security operatives at the gate and was taught a brief lesson before he was handed to the police for proper punishment.
