With the race for the office of the president now in full swing in Nigeria, supporters of the various candidates across the country's political platforms have begun trading words and taking swipes at the opposition.
With the presidential primaries in all the parties done and dusted, some aspirants have seen their popularity triple almost overnight.
Former Anambra Governor, Peter Obi has been a perfect example of this trend.
Since his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party nearly a month ago, Obi has seen his stock rise among many Nigerian, especially the youths. Apart from his pragmatic approach to governance, Obi's track record as Anambra Governor has been pointed out as one of the reasons why he has received several endorsements from around the country.
As expected, not everyone agrees with Obi's purported success during his 8-year tenure as Anambra State Governor.
Taking to her Facebook page a few minutes ago, All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Zara Onyinye, has questioned those who boast about Obi's work in Anambr
According to her, if the Labour Party presidential candidate transformed Anambra State, then why did he move his family to Lagos after his tenure as governor ended.
"Peter Obi turned Anambra State to Dubai abi? But after 8 years of his governance, he made Tinubu's Lagos his abode together with his family! Who una dey deceive?" she wrote.
