Ugezu Ugezu, a popular Nollywood filmmaker, has expressed an insightful viewpoint on how money controls organized religion.

In a recent Instagram post, Ugezu said that bishops only officiate at weddings and funerals for "money families," and that they are not available to impoverished families, no matter how devout the individual involved is or was.

The post reads..…

Money has a very disturbing place in the centre of organized religion.

The only burial the Bishop anchors is that of a money family.

The only marriage the Bishop takes the centre stage is that of thhe money family.

A poor family, no matter how dedicated, hardly attracts the Bishop. Money rules organized religion.

Argue with your phone.

In an earlier post, the filmmaker shared his views on the trending topic – Polygamy and he had this to say.

All the ladies in our society condemn polygamy online. Who then are the ladies dating married men offline?

Spirits, I guess?

The Nigerian Pharisees and Saducees are deadlier than thte ones in the scriptures. Pretenders and liars everywhere!
