These days, our offices is wherever we find ourselves, our cars, kitchens, Restaurants, Bathroom and Coffee shops. In the old, this was not that easy as one needed to curry with them, bulky and heavy equipment. Those days are long over. In fact, depending on what you do for a living, you can run a multimillion-dollar company with just your laptop and a cellphone. Some have even taken it to the extreme by running their companies from the Cellphones. Fact is, most Smartphone of today are more powerful than many laptops.

For me, here are the tools I use whenever I travel to keep things going.
For computing, I have two trusted friends. Knowing that some things are better on Windows Platform, I rely on my Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet Laptop. This pricy powerhouse is so portable and gets things done, very speedily. The one I use runs on Windows 11. For things that I have to do on Mac Platform, I rely on my portable MacBook to get it done. For storage, I carry around 2 Terabyte external storage drive from Seagate. As a backup, and for images captured on my Cellphone, I have a 500GB HOOTOO external drive that connects directly to my iPhone 13 Pro where most work is done.

For Video recording, I rely on my Tiny Sony professional Video recorder that captures HD video. For Images that cannot be captured with my Cellphone, I use my Canon EOS RP.

For Crisp Studio Quality Audio, I rely on my Trusted RODE microphone and Studio quality Audio recording, I rely on my TEAC Portable Studio. I back that up with a ProSonus mixer. To keep me company, I use my Cambridge Sound Works Surround Speaker, one charge lasts more than 24 hours.
Well, knowing that there are bad folks out and to protect all these expensive gears, I carry around a tiny motion activated camera that I turn on when I leave a hotel room. This tiny device records any entry into the room in my absence.
The beauty of it all is that all these gear fits into a backpack for light travel.
Yes, the world has changed, and your job and office is wherever your job takes you.
